Supporting families transitioning from Domestic and Family violence through individualised case management support. 

Youth Services

Supporting young people through recreation and skills-based vocation programs for youth between 12-25 years. We run both formal and informal programs in local schools and community youth hubs to empower young people to live life to their full potential.

Community Engagement

The team supports those that are socially isolated through a number of social support programs. We provide this through personal visitations and large community events such as community meals. We work with local community groups with the aim of providing relational connections and referring them to appropriate support services.
